These are tailor-made sessions for unearthing what’s inside, honing, and documenting your wants. From here, we embark on a coaching path for embodying and realizing the magic. This is a powerful practice that reverberates positively in all areas of your life and work.
Typically, we do some combination of conversation, writing, crafting, and whatever I intuit our session calls for. You’ll learn fresh ideas, and likely see through fresh eyes.
Sample 1:1 Visioning Session
Hour 1: Conversation and Content
What do you want more of?
Where are you spending your time?
What brings you joy?
Hour 2: Honing and Documenting
Narrowing our focus, finding themes, considering details.
Documenting, through a writing exercise that I call Visioning.
Working with groups is one of my favorite coaching activities. I lead workshops rooted in visioning, a picture of what success looks and feels like at a particular point in your future. What this looks like in practice, depends on the group (and a whole lot more).
Similar to coaching, our time together may consist of conversation, writing, and crafting. And guess what, you’ll undoubtedly meet wonderful people, as well.
Facilitating conversations, motivating audiences, improvising, speaking publicly, all bring me, and my audiences, great joy. I genuinely love being in front of a crowd as a champion for your brand or a partner to your content. Together our goal is to reach and entertain as many people as we can.
This may look like moderating a discussion, enjoying conversations on stage, or performing my one-woman show for pure entertainment.
